Nice hotel, with a convenient location,easy access to transportation and the front staff was very nice friendly and accommodating. One small draw back is the beggars and hawkers approaching you trying to sell different things. It’s not the fault of the Hotel it’s just the nature of the location. Overall excellent value in a hotel.

Ive stayed here several times. I have enjoyed my stays everytime. Its very convenient to the mall and dining. This time I found the neighborhood declining a bit. Still a good place.I will return.

Friendly staff assist well….the only downside is the cable disconnection which is not the hotel fault and was informed later…otherwise everything is pretty much good and super convenient so I will be coming back in this hotel every time am in Manila
