A nice modern place to stay with a very accommodating personnel. Just a stone throw away from Vatican. Metro station and bus stop are just around the corner. I will book my accommodation again here on my next visit in Rome.

Stayed here for a few nights in the Spring while traveling in Rome. Had an enjoyable stay overall. The staff did tell us at check-in that they’d be moving us around after our first night into another room, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but the process was smooth, and the room we ended up in was more spacious, so overall, it worked out fine. The breakfast that was included was nice — nothing special, but still much appreciated. Staff were always friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The check in is unconventional, we have to buzz in like a residential apartment for the staff to open the door. It is a renovated older apartment. Still have some kinks to work out. The toilet water keeps running, so we have to shut off the cold water valve to keep it quiet. The old fashion elevator broke down for one day. On our last morning, the water was shut off for repair. It came back on around 9 am. I would have given it a zero star rating if it were not for the following: Friendly staff, great help and tips for tourists. Simple but nice breakfast. And great location, 5-minute walk from the Vatican, and 10- minute walk from the metro. The room was kept clean and housekeeping everyday. It real has potential but still need some physical improvements in the facilities.

The place was amazing, safe were great, breakfast was good. The room was gorgeous but the floor boards were all lifting, the shower head was so rusty water was coming out the top of it. Just the little things that make a long day walking around less exiting to go back too. Oh and the bed was so noisy! Couldn’t move without waking each other up at all!

Terrible Checkin/Checkout

Room was great, the front desk was not. We checked in late (an additional $50 fee) so chose to use a driver that the hotel arranged. When we arrived, we called and called the front desk without any answer as the front desk does not exist and there is no signage where to check in. Luckily our driver was still there and had her personal phone number. When we tried to check out at 8 AM, there was no one on the property to give the keys to and once again they did not answer the phone after repeatedly calling, they finally picked up and said nobody would be there until 9 AM. The room itself was a pull out bed, it was comfortable enough and the location is great if you want to visit the Vatican, but you should be aware of what issues you might have the with check-in/check-out process

Staff were polite and helpful and very responsive on messaging. The property was very clean. We managed to get the Wi-Fi working. It was on the main shopping street and convenient for walking to the Vatican. Great restaurants nearby and a nice supermarket. The problem was the photos on the web are misleading. It was described as an apartment. It is not an apartment. There are no cooking facilities or living room. It is just one room with 3 parts each with basic beds plus 2 tiny bathrooms. We were a family: 2 adults and 4 kids aged 4-12 for 4 nights. There was no privacy between the beds as there were no doors. One double sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Everything was cramped with no space to move. There is another set of bedrooms sold separately but the bedroom photos on the web are all together so this is misleading making the property look much larger than it is. Lastly it was lacking storage space, towel hooks and things to make living easier.

After 2 days when return to the room we didn’t have water service at all, contacted from desk they came to the room to verified information. We were told that we will have service in half hour, we decided to go for a quick bite upon arrival we had a note in the door saying that service will be restore next day. We try to contact owner again with no luck. After many calls to Expedia finally they approved us to move to another location. Per locals( uber and other host) service was disconnected for lack of payment on the water service by owner. We ended moving all our personal belongings past midnight.
