Clean rooms, great rooftop patio, wonderful staff and breakfast. It was in a great location and central to so many sites we could walk to. If you have trouble with stairs, this place is a several narrow flight walk up. If we come back to Rome, we will be back here!!!
We stayed in the Annex building. Excellent Location. Lots of stairs, so not for someone with mobility issues. Also in a pedestrian only area, so the taxi cannot stop in front of the building. Very attentive staff and clean and comfortable room.

Great location. Very spacious property, helpful staff and clean. However, some things were not well maintained or broken, such as the showerhead and the bed frame. All in all. Great property

I was provided with outstanding service from Naomi from the moment I called to check on my reservation. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome to help us get in early with tons of luggage. She happily set up an airport transfer at the last minute, that service was excellent as well! Naomi is an outstanding member of this fine hotel staff. …
Upon arrival at our apartment it looked nothing like what was listed online. It was located on a 3rd floor with no lift and no lighting with stairs that were in extremely poor condition. The room was very small but the bathroom was the biggest problem. The tiny makeshift shower was covered with grout and tiles with black mold. I immediatly contacted the property and asked if we could be moved and that the space was a health hazard for our toddler and family. I was told I would be contacted the following day to possibly be moved but there was no follow up. I was still charged all three nights even though we had to change hotels last minute. I would not recommend staying at this property and had a very negative experience not to mention lost a lot of money.
Our family of 5 stayed in their annex apartment a few minutes walk away from reception. Everything was clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, friendly staff. Would stay here again
Wonderful location. Amazing staff. Super helpful. Breakfast was great. Will stay there again if back in Rome. The only issue was that the internet signal in our unit was very slow.
Great find in a great location. The girls that run the reception desk are so friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast nook with everything you will want. Location is awesome. Rooms are newly renovated with air conditioning and soundproof windows. Super dark shutters so can sleep all day! The only gripe is neighbor turned on TV really loud but we were exhausted from walking all day so it was ok. I highly recommend this little place.

This was a very frustrating check in experience. We did not find out the exact location of the apartment until our exact check in time, and I had to contact the host for it - the apartment address is close by but was NOT where we were staying, so carrying all our luggage to two different places was not ideal. Upon arrival the apartment was not ready. We had to wait over an hour for the cleaning person to finish, thankfully he was very kind. The apartment itself was great but I would not book again due to the check in experience and would rather avoid that.
Excellent service and mainly the concern of Sara and her team. informing us of all the steps of how to get to the apartment and being available for any questions. Very concerned about helping us with everything!
Location is great but building and rooms need work and are overpriced for what you get. Staff were helpful but issues with noise from above tenants on the old timber floors was unbearable. Water pipe noise also and in need of upgraded smart tv and better wifi for the $. 2 flights of stairs to access and also which is difficult for lots of luggage.
Check-in was a bit strange as I was instructed to go to a certain room and find an envelope with our key. When I got there a couple of people were sitting at the desk and they handed me an envelope but the key I received didn't work. I then saw these same people walking out with suitcases and they told me I had the wrong room and to keep going up the stairs. Eventually, someone who worked there saw us and was able to get us the right key. When we got into the room and both the heat and the AC was on and it was really hot outside. Once we got the heat off, the AC worked wonderfully. The toilet didn't always flush. Despite all these little quirks we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. This is a great location with a simple pizza place, bar and a lovely restaurant Elle & Effe all right outside the door. We took one taxi to the Borghese but otherwise walked to all other points of interest. The rooms were quiet, dark and the bed was comfy. Kids slept well on the pullout couch.
Don't stay here. Main problem is that there is no front desk person on the premises. They expect you to receive your room key by leaving it on a desk in a marked envelope. The problem is that there can be many envelopes on the desk and YOU HAVE TO HOPE FOR THAT ANOTHER GUEST DOES NOT PICK UP YOUR KEY BY MISTAKE OR BY MALICE BY A NON GUEST. When we arrived I found empty envelopes and no envelope with our room number. Two guests were already arguing that one guest took the others room. Since our envelope was not present we were wondering if another guest took our room key. We first went to "our" supposed room to check and no one was answering so we went back to the desk and decided to knock on the doors of other rooms that had empty envelopes to check if they by chance also took our key. After about 50 minutes we located our key with another guest who did not return the key. His excuse was that he though it was the safe key??????? How embarrassing to knock on guests doors! We were dead tired on arrival and had to go through the hassle of hunting for our key. The room itself also had issues. As soon as we finally entered my wife gently pulled the drapes on a window and the entire rod and heavy drapes came crashing down almost hitting her head. Bolts came off the wall. Drapes were disgustingly dirty. Refrigerator not working only freezer. Toilet did not flush properly. Mold in the shower/bath area. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Just not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend
Place was beautiful, bright and spacious. The entrance is a tad on the rough side but that is only bc of the ma y pedestrians and caes that use the entrance road everyday but once you get inside it’s a different story.
The staff (Daniela) was super helpful and welcoming and responded to my inquiries within the hour. I would stay here again no doubt!
