"Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, las habitaciones y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente...

"Everything was great!"

"Beautiful with lots of positives, Needs some fine-tuning for a more positive guest experience. 1st, we really enjoyed this place. It’s a refreshing gem unlike anywhere else we’ve been in Gatlinburg.very peaceful setting.lodge rooms are refined rustic & quite roomy and well thought out. our room and grounds were very clean and tidy. parking easy. Did not try the breakfast as it was a very slim continental bkfst. with nothing to accommodate for food allergies so we had great breakfasts elsewhere...

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"Excellent service"

"We had a fantastic stay October 23rd to 27th. Centrally located but far enough away to be quieter. We were in building 4 so that probably helped. We did not take part in the free breakfast as it did tend to get crowded and we just wanted to head out anyway. The staff was SUPER friendly and the cleaning staff was unreal. If we go back we will stay here again."

"Overall a great stay. Only reason I gave 4 stars was it has to be the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The noise coming from the floor above and room next door was very loud(could here every footstep). Luckily, I brought an extra fan to make some noise and also noise-cancelling headphones to sleep in. The shower was kind of weird the nozzle was outside of the shower so you had reach outside to adjust the water. Other than that it was great. Best location for the strip by far and free parking!!"

"As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special."

"Very dated and dark. Furnishings were old. The hotel needs a major facelift."

"Clean and roomy room with sofa and desk and balcony"

"No breakfast."

"Very nice hotel in a good location and walkable distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg!"

"Very beautiful room. Very clean"
