"The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. Then on the way to the airport the front staff said they would call us a taxi & for 30 mins they wouldn’t. It was so odd. For a place this expensive the service should be a lot...

"The resort is very nice and clean. Staff is the restaurants are awesome, however the ones at the beach and pool service was very slow. The menu is good so does the food. The rooms are amazingly big and very comfortable. Maybe the staff needs a little more management."

"Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island."
