"The same way the room is advertised is the same way the room is prepared. The rooms are kept more than up to standard and offers a refreshing atmosphere upon entering. I didn't use the balcony however, it really is a beautiful scene on sunset. Staff for the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back ."

"The property was beautifully maintained with a pool, gym and easy access to the beach with umbrellas, chairs and towels. The location was extremely accessible to multiple restaurants, the grocery store (walkable, 0.4 mile distance) and we had a full kitchen to prepare meals. The hotel staff reached out to assist with a booking a secured taxi before we arrived which was nice and made the transportation ready upon our landing in Turks. We requested assistance for planning a 1/2 day snorkel trip and had a lovely time with Caicos island charter tours. The tour group picked us up and dropped us back off on the hotel’s beach. We staff were all pleasant and accommodating answering all of our questions. There was a water station with limes in the front lobby and I refilled my water bottle multiple times daily which was nice in the hot weather. We loved our stay and would like return to the Regent Grand."
