"Beautifully decorated, spacious room, good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Bed large and comfortable. Really struggle to think of anything that I didn't like. Lots of little details that made it more pleasurable - such as the magnifying mirror, nice cosmetics, slippers, good coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps. 10 min walk from Euston Station and 20 min walk to Leicester Square - perfect for a night at the theatre. Only criticism I would mention - access to the rooms are via quite steep...

"An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away.
The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe.
The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly.

"The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee."
"Good little find. The hotel itself doesn’t have the most facilities, as in the bar is down the street and there is no gym as of yet (future plans I believe to have one), but it was qwerky and nice.
The app is a good addition but the lights can be a bit slow to change. "
"The mandrake is an exceptional hotel, the interior decor is innovative and inspiring for creatives, with beautiful contemporary artwork, and installations, every floor is decadent glamour, there are quiet areas also and you feel like you are not in the centre of London but in a lush tropical location. The food is tasty, as well as the bar area with iconic cocktails. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, we loved our stay there and will return soon "
