โรงแรมใกล้ปลาซา ปาไรโซ, Playa del Carmen

"The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was well maintained, and I would definitely return again when given the opportunity. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant experience."

"Un lugar para pasarla bien pero con detalles de algunos servicios"

"Excelente ubicación, El palacio municipal, su plaza y muy cerca de la 5ta avenida"

"Un lugar muy cómodo , muy limpio aunque. Los precios muy accesibles , pa piscina muy bonita. El personal muy atento! Se ve que constantemente le dan mantenimiento a LAS instalaciónes"

"The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay."

"Fantastic hosts, in the heart of the bar, shopping, pedestrian district, stones throw from the beach, property is like an oasis from the bustle of the street. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!"

"Check in was a nightmare. The man at the counter gave me a very hard time. After 30 minutes struggling at check in we finally got our room. Room was decent. It was dated but spacious. I liked that we had 2 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. We received a free bottle of wine and $15 credit, which we used at the bar and really enjoyed. We did accidentally leave a couple things behind and I called minutes later but was told nothing was found, which I know was not...

"Todo bien con la habitación. Excelente opción por el costo. Tiene una ubicación muy buena, a un lado hay un mercado en donde puedes desayunar por muy buen precio."

"The staff was excellent and made our stay comfortable, the property not so well kept and missing basic be"

"Housekeeping staff were very attentive, and overall the staff was exceptional. Our pool staff, Domingo, was phenomenal! Excellent personable customer service, meeting needs before they were known. He and his poolside coworkers were so friendly and took caring to a new level."

"Close to Beach and 5th Ave. Finding the Apartment was nearly impossible with local residents even. No signage that is readily visible. The key code was not explained, there were 2 1 on the door the other on the wall. The key code was very sensitive and after 1 attempt you would need to wait 3 -5 minutes to attempt again. No Host to call for entry which became a huge problem."

"buena atención"

"Me gustó que esta muy céntrico"
