"Most of the things are wonderful! What can be improved: 1. Leave breakfast till 12pm. 10:30am is TOO early for a vacation resort! We never could make it. 2. Keep pool open till 11pm, at least the main one. Thats the best time to swim, after dark. 3. "The Reef Playacar hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Nicht viel negatives zu berichten. Das Abendbuffet hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Man merkt dass das Management auf die Vorschläge und das Feedback der Kunden eingeht. Da Hotel ist gut überdacht mit grosser liebe zum Detail. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Strand in Playacar ist der Beste in der Region. Viel Sand, wenig Saragasum, wenig Strandverkäufer, keine Parties. "The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...
