"See my earlier review. I love this hotel so much that I returned 5 days after checkout to finish the rest of my trip here. The best things are the beautiful courtyard/pool area and the great staff, especially the wonderful housekeeper who kept my room shining and clean. I wish I could remember her name. I'll be back! "

"El hotel esta muy conveniente para ir a ala 5t ave. caminando , el servicio es muy amable,y en cuanto ala limpeza son muy limpios , de ahi el unico comentario constructivo es que se aseguren de que el aire enfrie lo suficiente como para el hospedaje sea mas placentero ya que en la noche antes de dormir se sentia algo humedo., ese fue el unico inconveniente, de ahi para aca todo estuvo bien . gracias por su atencion "

"Esta en una buena ubicacíon, el mercado esta al costado por lo que puedes ir a desayunar comer o cenar a un precio accesible . El departamento esta lindo y con todo lo necesario. En el que nos quedamos el aire acondicionado parecia tener poca potencia por lo que tuvimos que tenerlo encendido en todo momento , aún asi en las noches estaba fresco."

"This hotel is the first in four vacations i can honestly say i got more then i expected. The room was immaculate. Complete with a hot tub, balcony, and roominess. The staff was first rate and felt familiar by just a day or two. The rooftop pool was first rate and the bartender would come from the first floor to ask if anyone needed anything. The music from the club was loud at night, but it really didnt bother me. I would gladly stay again as its close to fifth ave and the ferry to cazumel."

"GREAT Location to everything! The staff was great and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel is a little dated but I would book another stay there. The view was nice but the beach is full of seaweed, ALOT of it, so bad that it can't be kept, this is the entire shoreline and the smell is pretty bad. "

"Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a comunicação foi ótima. Na rua do hotel também dá para pegar Colectivos que se movimentam dentro de Playa del Carmen. Com...
