"First time here- Staff nice and allowed mea late checkout (more than I needed) on my last day. I got the apartment style room with the rooftop hot tub. Never used the hot tub- not enough time. but the area was clean. Inside the room- everything super clean. Bed very comfy and lots of pillows. Couch very comfy. TV in living room only. Never used it so I cant speak to that. Kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes/coffee maker/stove/microwave. All working and clean. Both bathrooms clean. Shampoo, body wash and condition were always full and nice products. Internet very strong and no issues. Issues- Construction in the room below me. Not super loud but enough to be annoying. Hot water- no hot water. At best it was lightly warm for maybe 3-4 minutes. I had called to have it looked at. They told me I had turned the knob the wrong way, however I think my idea of what hot water is and what the maintenance guys idea of hot water is very different. I have been living in MX for years and know the drill when it comes to having to wait for it and turning the knobs to just the right places. Area very walkable with lots restaurants and shops. Yum Yum is always a good choice. Also quiet at night with no loud music at night. All in all, I would come back here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The convenience of where it is located in addition to the amenities that it provides was something I enjoyed. One of the restaurants is closed which was a bit disappointing because I had limited food options within the hotel along with it only having one open bar. I was going to this location with the hopes of getting some variety. The room was so cute and chic I appreciated the cleanliness of the space as well as having a refrigerator within the room and a microwave. Mali at the spa was amazing I received a facial and massage from her and my server while I was there was Andrés and he was also amazing making sure that I was always accommodated and had what I needed when I was on the rooftop enjoying the pool and or food or drinks. The beach is in very close walking distance and it was convenient for me to take taxis to and from the airport. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay."

"Room was extremely clean had a suite. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic as it is noted as a continental breakfast bar staff near the pool was extremely nice and friendly definitely made for a nice day. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Great for the price paid. Amazing location…steps away from the main st ave 5. Mattress and pillows a lil hard but rooms r decent size. Again great price and location are a big plus. Ohhh and there is a lgbt+ nightclub real close and is pretty loud."
