I booked this hotel because it provided 3 beds. Room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Air conditioning was working well, but there was no fridge. Noise could be a problem since it is located at 5th avenue. On Saturday it was noisy until 5am. Other days were better but not for people looking for a quite property. Easy access to ferry or restaurants.

My overall stay was great! The hotel staff were hospitable and kind. The location was great. I wish my room had a fridge and I wish there was warmer water for the shower.
