"First and foremost the staff were great. We were delayed with our travel and didn't arrive literally until the 11th hour they waited for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"Nice stay at the Radisson Panama Canal. The pool is very nice,clean the view of the ships passing by was an added bonus. Our first morning we had breakfast, which was very good but we chose not to eat the rest of the time.We just like a coffee & something light to start our day.I do recommend if you need to eat hearty. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was very nice & clean.The air conditioning is excellent. Tv stations good.They have a shuttle service which is not free. We used Uber....

"The breakfast buffet was good and offered a good variety of Panamanian and American food. The hotel was convenient to dining and shopping. The room was clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The free parking was good, and might be tight for a large vehicle, but there were plenty of spaces. The neighborhood felt safe. "

"Breakfast needs work! Not many fresh fruits no fresh juices no acceptable yogurt. For $15 you can do better elsewhere. But my beloved Expedia gave me a $30 credit. Coffee is terrible and the jacuzzi did not work and the water in the pool smells funky. I booked a fitness room . But it wasn't available for one of the two days that I booked. I had to alter my reservation because I kind of screwed up the days. But instead of giving me a downgrade they gave me an upgrade so they gave me a sweet to...

"Hotel is very nice and beautiful. Rooms where clan and the cleaners organized my things almost everytime they came in.The gym was amazing and has a sauna and relaxing swimming pool. The customer care service needs to be better for a 5 star hotel. My husband had to call twice to get his shirts ironed. We also told them our shower drain was not draining properly, which they said they would send someone to fix, but never did. We are not the kind of people to complain, but if they can improve on...

"The bed was comfortable and the Air conditioning was cold. Architecture was strange..,lots of concrete which did nothing to soften the noise coming from the Nightclub overhead, until about 3 am. I had booked an inside room which I had heard could be quieter but was “upgraded” to a balcony room. The balcony is a shared balcony between all rooms on the second floor on that side. It overlooks the sketchy looking street beside the hotel and allows for you to “enjoy” the music as if you were sitting...
