This resort was beautiful out doors and inside the room might need a few upgrades but was still comfortable! All restaurants had delicious food!! Something for everyone ! Stuff was amazing!! The spa was amazing also I went to spa two days in a row ! There lots to do on resort and if you just want to relax you can!! I really enjoyed my birthday vacation at this resort!

This is a beautiful and quiet, well maintained hotel. The proximity to Panama City (20 min) makes it very attractive. I found the staff being very friendly and helpful. However, I just give 4 stars because there is a lot of opportunity to improve the buffet. The meat section can be enhance with more variety and attention to the customer requests . In regards to the restaurants, they are good, being the French the best one. I recommend this hotel if you want to have the best of both worlds, nature and city

I had an ok stay. The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However it needs major renovation. The property is kept clean. The staff are amazing. The food was ok and not to my tasting. The food lack flavor and not many options were available. As far as entertaining, not much to do in evening. There were no shows other than playing music in the lobby and the night club. The speakers were not working well in the night club. I’m writing this to encourage change not as a put down. This hotel can be great. It just needs some work and TLC. Overall I had good service as the staff were great.

The gardens and pools were clean and well kept and that somewhat mad up for the horrible customer service from management. They refuse to come up with easy convenient solutions for guest with minor issues which later escalates to bigger problems and ultimately ruins the whole vaca mode. However the staff is very friendly, polite and really make up for all the flaws of their management team. My favorite guy is Juan Pablo, he deserves a raise along with everyone else.

Ok hear me out.. the pool facilities were really nice, the staff were nice as well. The rooms are dated. We had problem with the commode and how it flushes. The food was on a good dose for a dreams location. The ac is cold and housekeeping was good as well. This is a laid back kind of vibe for relaxers mainly. On the contrary they need more staff! Only one guy at the pool bar all day everyday.. it was until the last day of stay we actually saw someone asking if you wanted a drink. Overall 3.7 out of 5.
