Me and my partner stayed here for two nights. When we arrived our room was ready early and the staff were lovely and very welcoming. They also surprised me with a lovely selection of treats and a bottle of cava for my birthday. The location is excellent, could easily walk to all the popular sight seeing spots. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, in particular the front desk team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, super nice and eager to help make your stay perfect. The hotel has a great location, it is very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend.

While the room was comfortable and staff extremely friendly, my first floor room was adjacent to an extremely loud street, including a nightclub not more than fifty feet away, with late night revelry going until 5am on Saturday night, making sleep 100% impossible. For this reason alone, I would hesitate to stay at this location again,

Very kind and helpful staff. They made sure we lacked nothing. They recommended places to eat, always with excellent results. Costanza and Mohamed in particular were perfect. The environment is clean and well organized; the room is small but very comfortable. The hotel is 1 minute from the Champs-Élysées and away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a stay of 2 or 3 nights in Paris.

I came with my daughters and asked for a treat with happy birthday in the room as it was their birthday. Unfortunately this was not met. we also asked for an extra umbrella as it was raining and was told we could only have the one. Overall a good stay but fell short on the finer details.
