Spacious room, great shower. Lots of nice touches eg robe and slippers, vanity kits. Room kept clean by staff but also they don’t come in too early which was nice. Staff so friendly, especially the gentleman on Sunday evening who got us plates and napkins for our late night takeaway, little things like that make such a difference. Endless supply of coffee and fresh water. Metro across the road, friendly cafes next door and across the road, highly recommend

Great location easy to reach many places voti walking and by metro. The hotel is a fair 3 star Hotels, lack of amenities in the room which make it a real 4 star hotel. On top during our stay the lift was out of order and it was really a pain. I would have expected at least a discount for this reason. The staff at the reception was very kind, the room was clean but staff not super attentive considering that we had asked to refill the body shower. A fair value for money overall

Great location

Great location directly next to Voltaire metro stop and a short walk to Bastille. Nice location, residential area with less tourists and better restaurants. Reasonable price for Paris with good sized room. Would stay there again.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked the prestige room and it was spacious enough for a one week stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice, safe neighborhood. Steps from the Voltaire metro station. We'll definitely want to stay there again

The only good things about the hotel were the friendly staff, the good transport links, and the location. The elevator in the hotel wasn't working (no idea since when), which I was only told about when I checked in. All guests - with children, elderly people - as well as the staff had to use the stairs. My room was on the fifth floor, but the building actually had eight floors. The mattress was extremely worn, there was only shower gel in the hotel room, the hairdryer was old, and the walls were extremely noisy. The housekeeping staff started work very early and were unfortunately noisy, and you could hear every single guest. On the last night, a guest in the room next door was vomiting and you could hear everything. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and I am disappointed, as I always enjoy staying at Accor hotels. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

The hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms at the Mercure hotels are becoming very basic and not very welcoming. No pictures, very white and lacking in a feeling of comfort. Too much like Ikea; very minimalist. Not my look!

We stayed for 3 nights at the start of August 2023, room on the 4th floor, very comfy beds and pillows, very clean, fridge and our air con worked well. A good modern safe, bathroom was clean, modern and a powerful shower head. Nuxe toiletries. We didn't have breakfast here, the metro station Voltaire is right outside of the hotel, I think it's in a good location, very friendly hotel staff, nice receptionists. For 3 nights we paid €17 city tax for 2 people. The room isn't even that small! The 'double' bed was 2 singles pushed together, however this didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here next time we come to Paris!!!

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Mercure Bastille. It is very well located (close to restaurants, stores, subway stations). The rooms are comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was small and there was no shelving or drawers to unpack a suitcase. The one chair was situated in the closet which we had to move to open the suitcase rack. All that said, the location was great with choices of patisseries, restaurants and shopping for necessities. A metro stop was just outside the door.The staff were friendly and helpful. Next time I would book a larger room.
