Great Location when attending the Philharmonic

A perfect place to stay if you are attending the Philharmonic! Great location for the concerts and very close to the Metro. The front desk was a big help to us and she couldn't be more charming!

The beds were comfortable and the person at reception when we checked in was absolutely lovely. However, the property is very run down. The air con didn't work, the shower was faulty, the remote for the TV didn't work, and the luggage storage was very expensive if we checked out early. We also went to the "mini gym" where neither the bike nor treadmill worked and there was no water or towels available. Overall we felt the stay was very expensive for all that the property claims to have and we were very underwhelmed.

They keep my package for me well and I am really happy of that. They even provide slippers which really helps. Staff was nice and helping, but for a 4 star I do expect it to be cleaner

Rooms are OK. Not much in the way of coffee/ tea/ milk. No Air con and broken fan in the room however did move us to a different room where fan worked so not bad. A little out of the way so not really walkable to the centre of the city and attractions however very close to metro and easy to get metro to anywhere. Close to eateries and shops

No bar or evening meals available at the weekend when we stayed poor maid service, had to go looking for her to get clean towels and she didn't bother cleaning the room. Reception staff very good and very helpful.

Convenient to concert hall.

I stayed here last year and this year because it is across from the new concert hall. This is not tourist Paris and hardly anyone speaks English. Very convenient for me and safe to come back safely after the concerts.

Close proximity to zenith

Good location when attending events at Zénith. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit run down. Bathroom needs renovation. Bed was comfortable enough. Air con did not work properly, very hot at night

The property is what you’d expect of a value chain. The hotel is conveniently located for La Villette events and also convenient for Gare du Nord on the metro. However the inside is quite dated and a bit dusty, could do with a deep clean. Fine to stay if you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel!

After paying the staff informed us (3 rooms) that the AC was broken. I had important guest that can not sleep without AC. The hotel refuse to pay back our money. We left and had to check into another hotel with a working AC. How can I get my money back. Ban this place.

Convenient hotel, close to the metro and Guard de Nord station. Nice and quiet. I slept very well the two night I stayed there. The breakfast was lovely, great produce! The mini gym could do with an upgrade, two of the machines weren’t working. The staff were really helpful. I recommend staying there.

Close to the tubes to get you to line 1. Was given probably the best room I’ve had in France for a 3 star hotel Front desk helpful and friendly A bit out the way but with the metro it was ok
