Hotel Royal Saint Germain is a great option in the Montparnasse area, with a central location and excellent customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with friendly staff and great service.

We picked this hotel largely due to the 24/7 airport shuttle that was available stated by Expedia as well as in the hotel website. This was not offered even with cost to or from the airport. Please remove this advertisement if not available. This was the only thing with which we were disappointed. There were several room amenities that were appreciated: bottle of water by the bedside, full bottle of lotion in bath, glasses in the bath on the sink, extra towels/toiletries available in the hallway. We did enjoy our stay and the prime location

The location is very good, the breakfast was not so good compare with my stayed here 2 years ago, the staff is very kind and the room are ok just for rest after all day walking around Paris. In overall is a very good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on a main street, close to restaurants, shops and transport. My room was a good size for 1 person but the bathroom was rather small. Shower had a half door and the partition wasn't secured well at the base, so I had to be very careful or risk soaking the floor. The breakfast offerings were decent. Staff were lovely and very helpful. A decent location in the 6th if you're on a budget.

The hotel was honestly a catfish moment. 😩 The pictures made it look much bigger, more modern, and more luxurious than it actually was in person. To be fair, the room was cleaned daily and most of the staff were polite and well-mannered. However, the hotel had a very dusty atmosphere, which was uncomfortable for me. There was also one front-desk employee whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Another major issue was that some of the details advertised about the hotel were simply not accurate. There was no balcony with the pink chairs shown in the pictures, and there was no airport shuttle service as advertised. Overall, I feel the hotel did not live up to the expectations created by its photos and description. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard-earned money here. Do your research and look at recent guest photos and reviews before booking. ⚠️

Lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The beds are so comfortable after a long day of walking Paris. The breakfast area is a great place to unwind with two windows overlooking the streets. The rooms themselves are quite small but this lounge area is a perfect place to just hang out.

Balcony was amazing and greeted many memories! Area is a little more local which allowed for a great experience. All staff were great and attentive to our needs. Area is in a prime location for everything we needed and only a 10 min bike ride from the Eiffel (a daily occurrence for us)!

This hotel was an excellent experience for my first time visiting Paris and as a solo traveler. Staff was accommodating, breakfast excellent variety my driver was there on time to take me to the airport. The area was central but the only thing it was about a 20 minute walk to be accessible to everything. My room was clean and had all the amenities needed and I had the best night’s sleep every night after a long day of sightseeing.

Stayed here for 3 nights. You cant go wrong with this property. Metro stations are at 4-5 min walking distance, staff is friendly and helpful, lots of cafes and eating options around the property. Yes, the rooms are small but thats pretty much everywhere in Paris.

Perfect hotel for a short stay

Our stay was exactly what we were expecting. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and within walking distance of some amazing sights. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable.
