The room is very small, but it's quite enough for 1 or 2 people. Price and location are very well. It's not a particular pretty or beautiful hotel, but it's clean, safe and well-located. The lift looks dangerous and it's the smallest elevator I've been in, but it works perfectly. All people working there were very kind and helpful. I do recommend.
Excellent location.
Friendly staff.
The room was very hot but fans were provided.
I booked a quadruple room and my booking said with breakfast, but in the hotel they said we only paid for 2 breakfasts not 4 which I couldn't understand. Eventually they agreed when I showed them the booking confirmation email.
Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Friendly staff and central location within walking distance to tourist sites and public transport. I went to a concert at the Olympia and the hotel location was very convenient.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The building is a bit old but we’ll kept a d clean. Only a few minute walk to metro station. Kind staff members. I will stay there again if I ever return to Paris

Okay for short stay. Helpful staff from the counter. Only disadvantages- noisy surroundings and the lift is very tight, can only accommodate 1 person at a time.

Good location terrible wifi
Location was close to metro in a great location. The staff was friendly. Wifi was awful! No lift for people, just luggage. They're in the process of remodeling, had noise from contruction in the day. It's a place to lay your head.
Staff was friendly. The hotel badly needs a major cosmetic update. The charming old windows block very little outside sound. Lots of noise from the bar across the street until early morning. Lots of noise from the room above. Footsteps, furniture moving, etc.

Great location, mediocre hotel
The hotel is in the middle of changing the stairs carpets and painting, so it's pretty messy. The towels in the room were very humid, not fully dried.
The room was comfortable. The elevator must have the record for smallest elevator in the world, it's like a small closet, only for 1 person with luggage and even then very tight. Breakfast was decent. The location is excellent, but even then, I think it's expensive for what is is/offers
The location was great. Restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations all within a few minutes walk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
My only small concerns were that as my room was on the first floor facing the street, it wasn't quiet in the evening, and that would put people off. Secondly there was a slight dripping from the bottom of the sink into the bin, so that needs to be fixed. Neither were deal breakers for me. I would still book this hotel if and when i return to paris

Not sure why there is many negative ratings on here. We had stayed here for 3 nights in October 2024. Our room, albeit small for two people , it was clean and facilities all worked well.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only negative I can think of is that as it is located on a high street, it can get loud in the evening. However; the fact it is in central Paris and close to all major landmarks, including the Louvre and Eiffel tower - it certainly is worth it. If you find it hard to sleep with noise , I would recommend earplugs.
Aside from this, I would certainly visit again, it’s one of the cheapest good quality hotels you can get in that specific location.
Breakfast was horrible! Only bunch of bread for BF. Orange juice, milk, n coffee. Low budget of BF. Dont do BF at all if you do BF like that. The elevator was so small. Only 2 person can fit. If you have luggages; then you have to take several trips to get to your room. The elevator only works for lobby, 4th n 5th floor. Molds all over room 430 with private bathroom. Great location for hotspots of Paris. Restaurants at your walking distance.
The rooms looked to be fairly recently updated, but the hallways were so narrow, there were no smoke detectors, and smoking was allowed. We didn't feel safe in the rare case of an emergency. In addition, the noise from the street below was so loud, we had a terrible time sleeping.
We were unable to get refunded for our second night there and chose to forfeit our money to stay at a different hotel the following night.
