Great stay .. ideal location

Excellent stay. Room was lovely and clean and the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. One issue was on one of the days we could not get breakfast as nowhere to sit and we had pre paid for this. Right near to a metro station.

Good stay

It was a good stay in Paris. The hotel was friendly and nice to have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water available 24/7 in the breakfast room downstairs. The breakfast was nice but it was extremely busy when we went and because it’s a small hotel it is difficult to find somewhere to sit so going very early is a must Rooms are small and bathroom was compact but very typical in Paris for smaller hotels.

The property is okay, the rooms are very tiny, i could hardly walk good in the room, the bathroom i could not even wash my feet because i was fitted in to the bath and was very disgusting to not take a proper shower..

The only downside to this hotel is that the air conditioner is "eco" so it turns off automatically, we slept with hot weather every day even though it was chilly outside. So just keep in mind the air conditioner doesn't work in any room (we tried two different ones). Also keep in mind you ahve to take the bus/metro - use Google Maps - to go to the touristic places of Paris. The rest was amazing!!! They have a lovely hot chocolate.

Poor experience

It was a very poor experience staying st ibis starting from receiving an email 2 days before checkin stating that hotels.com overbooked the hotel and the room that I booked is not available so they gave us different rooms. During the stay the lift stopped working and no one bothered to get it fixed for 3 days. The breakfast is basic and is repetitive. The stairs carpet is completely worn out and doesn’t look like is cleaned ever. The AC didn’t work on the first day.

Perfektes kleines Hotel! Wir waren ausserordentlich zufrieden. Wir Eltern reisten mit zwei Jugendlichen und bekamen zwei Zimmer privat abschliessbar. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. In der Nacht ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich mit Hingabe um das Hotel und die Gäste. Besonders zu bemerken ist das, für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse, hervorragende Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet! Die Lage ist gut, 2 min zur Ubahnstatiin, die Gegend solala aber nicht gefährlich.
