The location is good , near Metro , parking is good but the bearkfast so bad and poor , the cleaning is bad , it was a lot of hear on the ground in the bathroom , if you stay there take your shampo with you , it is so bad quality

the room is a joke, it is super small, uncomfortable and just ugly the bathroom was even smaller - the room was clean but I also was shocked that no safe was in the room. the location is Average - the complex is overloaded with people and the breakfast options are just sad, specially when you are a vegan

The hotel is WARM. I was in 2 rooms and the A/C barely made any difference. But the place is clean, staff is friendly and the area is very convenient since the train station is close, lines 13 and 14.

Decent in a pinch

If you are coming from America this hotel is similar to a super 8 depending on your room and can vary to a very dated la Quinta. The rooms are average and some are better than others as I booked 2 rooms and one was nicer than the other. The AC is ok. Throughout the night it was still a little warm. There is only one outlet in the entire room. The bathroom was so small. It was like 4x5 feet and that included the sink, toilet, and shower. Our room was good for 2 people MAX. Overall for the price we paid it was a decent deal. The train station was 8-10 miles away and there are some nice cafes nearby.

It was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful after my room had no power to the power sockets, and they moved my room. However the room I was moved to was right next to the lifts on the 5th floor and they were SO NOISY all night long - squeaky and loud and just annoying. I got a bit of sleep but it wasn’t the most comfortable

Convienient and nice hotel.

Situated in 17th district. Close to Metro/RER. Easy to travel to whole Paris. Reception: Friendly, serviceminded. Easy to communicate with. Breakfast: Very good breakfast. Had bacon, scrambled eggs, different sort of bread, cheese and so on. Tasty and well displayed by staff. Hotell is hard to find at first time but you learn it easier to come through the garage. Room is okay with cleaning everyday. Overall very good and I will choose this hotel again if I go Paris. Because of above experiance. Merci Beaucoup to the staff. You made our hotel stay pleasent and enjoyable

We had a family room for myself and granddaughter. She liked having a semi private space round the corner. The beds were not very comfortable as the mattresses tended to slip off the beds in the night. The shower was adequate but wouldn't stay up high on the rail. Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant was varied and plentiful. We had dinner in the bar area which was a reasonable menu. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although not far from the RER/Metro station, the hotel is not easy to find on foot. You have to get under the railway line via the road or through a little park and over a footbridge that serves the adjacent blocks of flats. There are lifts if you have suitcases or are a bit old and creaky like me.

Cleaning service was not great, towels weren't replaced only taken and soap was also not there, towels had clearly been handled with visible bleach stains so keeps you wandering what has happened to them. Elevators smelled like smoke whole time. But nice for just sleeping, and close to metro and multiple breakfast/lunch/dinner options around

What is a bath for?

Orders a room with double bed and bath. Bed was nearly width of room so had to carry bag over bed to get to small cupboards. Bath did not come with a plug. Asked at front desk and was told they do not have plugs for baths. When we ask how you take a bath, shrug of shoulders. Finally found a person who understood and found a plug. Access to the hotel is not easy. Cars do not seem to go up the driveway to front door, need to go a street across, take a lift up a couple of levels to get there. In the bath room, toilet roll holder coming off the wall, hair dryer also coming off wall and would not turn off unless unplugged. Check in ladies very friendly. Probably would not stay here again. Served purpose for this trip but not one of the better Ibis we have stayed at.

Location was great for me as l already know the 17th. It’s also not too far from central Paris... metro, fast line M14 nearby or 66bus to Opera. Hotel was welcoming & friendly; service staff exceptional. Buffet breakfast had good variety to choose from. Only minus was my room, although for a solo traveller, was bit cramped and pipework was Socially Active a LOT overnight. Bathroom plus and Bed Very Comfy though! Overall good value.
