Very good location but a bit noisy especially at night. There are a couple pubs near by and it can get loud. Also the wooden stairs and guests checking out could be loud early in the morning.

The property was in a great location and within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. It was also very close to the Metro. We felt very safe in the area and would definitely stay there again.

The room was really well insulated from street noise and the blackout blinds were as good as you would ever want. Good aircon. But the walls are thin so neighbour noise woke us up several times.

Paris Getaway

The stay was great. Hotel was next to two stations, supermarket, restaurants, shops. Our room on 5th floor for four people was very comfortable. Luggage storage was also very helpful. Thank you.

Stylish property and great loaction. Very easy to locate also as next to the M Tower. Comfortable bed. Super clean. Polite but quiet staff. Room are exceptionally tiny ! The images pre booking must not show them all. For standard double, the two of us had to take turns sitting on the bed so the other could dress. Also the towels were pretty small, as my partner is 6ft 4 this made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

I was happy with my stay. The room was small but had everything you could need. The location was very convenient, the staff was nice. The desk is closed late at night but they have a bell and let me in. I was able to walk over with my bags from the train station. Breakfast is available for 14 E, but I left to early to try it.

Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful, especially Alexandra. Located in a great neighborhood walking distance to tons of cute bars and restaurants. Easy access to all metro lines. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t huge but as long as you’re ok with that, this is a great place to stay!

Zimmergröße: sehr eng (aber wirklich sehr eng), ein großer Koffer würde nicht ins Zimmer passen! Sauberkeit: war in Ordnung Bett: bei jeder Drehung extreme Geräusche und Bewegung vom Bett, kleines Bett Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, Nachbarzimmer und Menschen am Gang hörte man stark. Keine Minibar im Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit Jacke oder etwas im Zimmer aufzuhängen (nur im inneren der Garderobe möglich, bei Schlechtwetter äußerst ungeeignet). Duschvorhang war extrem unhygienisch (dies könnte man weglassen). Im großen und Ganzen war es für einen kurz Aufenthalt in Ordnung, wenn man das Zimmer nur für schlafen und duschen genutzt hat, sowie wir.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en este hotel y hay puntos a destacar. Considero que el tamaño de la habitación está bien, el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección y la presión del agua fue impecable. Los puntos malos son los siguientes: 1) la puerta la abre quien se encuentra en la recepción y cuando llegamos un día de semana a las 16hrs no había nadie a pesar de insistir tocando el timbre. La mayoría de las veces se repetía esta situación, si quieren que las puertas permanezcan cerradas entonces debería haber alguien vigilando su apertura, y más si se da durante el día, incluso a pocos minutos de empezar el horario de check in! 2) salvo por el momento del check out que fuimos muy bien atendidos, siempre tuvimos un trato distante por parte del personal. 3) no nos afectó porque pasábamos mucho tiempo fuera del hotel, pero se escucha desde la habitación cada vez que alguien tira la cadena del baño. 4) estábamos en un tercer piso y usamos el ascensor mayormente porque era muy difícil conseguir que subiera.

As many small hotels in Paris, rooms are extremely small. The room was under the roof small and cumbersome. There was no shower only a bathtub In a tiny bathroom. The”air conditioning” was weak in a very hot day in Paris. For the rest was conviniently located near Montparnasse train station, as well as near to many restaurants and cafes this said, the crew was nice

The staff at this hotel was amazing, the location was great for lots of food options. The rooms were well decorated, clean but just a bit small. The hotel felt safe but the area was a bit questionable on some streets. I would recommend this location for stays in Paris.
