The staff was very polite and super helpful. We purchased tickets to the Louvre Museum upfront but weren't sure if they were open after the robbery. The two gentlemen from the front desk immediately contacted the museum to assure that they were open on Wednesday when we planned to go. Once again thank you for the friendly service!!

The Two Giraffes is a lovely, small hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and well kept up. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the Marais, and is easily accessible to the major attractions by foot or Metro. We really enjoyed our stay, and recommend it highly.

We stayed in the suite - a nice spacious room over two levels w/2 bathrooms (only 1 lavatory). It's comfortable and pleasing. Door faces an inner courtyard and pepole can look inside unless you pull over the covers. The onlt drawback to the rooms is that they a bit dark without outsdie light (especialy if you pull the cover over the doors). Location is ecellent - nice lively area w/ lots of food and entertaiment options. Great choice if you don't feel compelled to stay smack in the middle of the more touristy areas.

Great Location & Wonderful Staff

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. It was my first time in in Paris in 20+ years and the hotel made the stay very pleasant. The location in the 11th Ard is a very vibrant neighborhood with a lot to offer experience and enjoy away from the main tourist areas.

Home away from home

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was a home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful as I was sick for a few days of my trip and house cleaning provided me with lots of water and tea. The hotel is in a great location. Super close to the metro and the beautiful Marais area.

This is a lovely small hotel in walking distance to the Maris museums, shops, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are a nice size for French standards. The breakfast room buffet is enjoyable.

Big room by Paris standards

Great stay! The hotel took my info online before check in and had everything all ready when we arrived - including some special requests for the room. The room was large, comfortable and quiet, and staff was friendly and helpful. Really great experience.

My sister and I stayed here. We both loved it. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated and our rooms were spacious for Paris (but we did opt for the larger rooms). The only thing is my room had a bathtub no standing shower and hers did. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Great restaurants in the area and close to many metro stations, highly recommend!
