Great spot - charming!

Enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hotel de Seine. Quiet location, calm, friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with old world charm. View of court yard was not too special, though from 6th floor room could see the top of the Eiffel Tower, including when it goes sparkly on the hour. We ended up having breakfast around the corner at Cafe Le Moliere, as they had a range of prices for different size appetites.

The best place in Paris!

This is the best hotel we've found over 35 years of coming to Paris: a really fresh and friendly staff, a perfect location, atmospheric rooms--and, we found this time, an excellent breakfast. We try to stay here every year and are never disappointed. The river, the Jardin du Luxembourg, the Metro and every kind of shop and restaurant are all within a pleasant short walk. The only place to stay!

We are so happy staying at the hotel de seine. Nothing was so special about itself, but very cozy. Breakfast was exquisitely delicious. The front staff spoke in English, if they needed to.

Great location - ok room, could be better

Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly. However the Wifi service was terrible, constantly not available. The shower screen was too small, causing water to splash everywhere. The TV remote didn't have the ability to change the volume, this had to be done via the TV and that took a while to work out. There was a capsule coffee machine provided in the room. There was no fridge.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, and the area is nice. That said, the room was tiny, overlooked an ugly inner space between 3 buildings, and in general didn't look anything like in the pictures. I get that hotels in that area are expensive (I've stayed there many times), but this room was not good value for money.

The hotel was in a lovely, bustling location and so easy to access the sites on a short trip to Paris. The hotel is sweet, charming, and welcoming. The breakfast is lovely and the woman who was serving it was wonderful. The room amenities are basic. Towels etc. a little worn. However, this was an affordable and accessible little hotel in a great location. So if you do not need upscale amenities, this is a great place to stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. The room was perfect, with classic period decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast bar was lovely (and the woman who took my coffee order made the very best coffee!). All this, and the location, in the heart of St Germain and the 6th. Exceptional value for the money. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in Paris!
