The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the lift was not working when I checked in so a staff had to help me lug my heavy suitcase up to the 4th floor, and then I had to carry it down when I checked out. I have arthritis.

Too expensive for a small room

I chose this hotel due to the location. Nevertheless, the room was so small. The mat in the room was dirty, the elevator was out of order and the view from the window was awful (a wall with a window where a dove came to sleep every night). The location doesn't worth it.

Excellent, central location, near the large department stores, with good transport links. It's great for walking to lots of parts of the city centre. The staff members we spoke to were efficient and friendly. Our room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, but was extremely hot, as it was on the top floor and had no air conditioning. There were fans, which were effective to some extent, but really it felt like we had no respite from the Paris heat. I would not stay here again in the summer, but would definitely consider it in the winter. I also think it's time for the hotel to upgrade its awful, ineffective, old hairdryers - it was pretty annoying to be unable to dry or style my hair. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

何よりも交通の便がとても良かったです‼︎ ホテルのスタッフのかたも、人により差はありますが、良い対応でした。 難点は、施設内容で、部屋に冷蔵庫・ポット(湯沸かしポット)が無かったこと。 ドリンクを冷やすことも出来ないし、逆に冷え込んだ日に温かい物を飲むことも出来ない不便さは否めないです。

a lot to do to improve services they could take our credit card at their system and charge us breakfast automatically since they dont want to include it at thier rom price instead of treating you like a theif yelling at me to pay he could've spoken nicely no fridges at the room no air-conditioning narrow rooms you can hear anyone in the building talking at night.

6/25〜30５泊したが、welcome drink水常温2本有り！ メッセージには、滞在中は、リクエストしたら、、水サービスと、理解出来そうな文面なので、フロントに伝えると、最初の日だけとの事、いる場合は、一本3€?と言われる。 冷蔵庫も、クーラーも無いので、寝苦しい、暑い‼️平均一泊3万とは、、、場所は良いのだが､､､ 次回、夏は、無理かもです

Un peu déçu

Un hôtel plus prometteur sur l'annonce du site qu'en réalité. Pas d'armoire pour les affaires. Juste de étagères contre le mur, la télévision laggait le soir, la salle de bain est très étroite avec des WC contre le lavabo, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur un peu bruyant et peu puissant. La taille dela chambre est faible.

ロケーションは良いです。 しかし、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、まず床が傾いてる（寝ると気持ち悪い）さらに冷房設備ない上、西陽がもろに当たり窓を開けても風が通らない為まったく眠れなかった（ロビーは冷房があります）冷蔵庫もないので冷えた水の補給も出来ない。夏場の利用は避けることを強く勧めます。 スタッフは一人を除いて気持ちの良い対応でした。
