It was great! Nice hotel, nice amenities, very quiet and no nonsense. Clean sensible rooms. Great staff. Everything was so efficient I never had to reach out to reception. It felt like home away from home.

The hotel was lovely and clean. A room was spotless and offered great view of the centre and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were helpful and the location has easy access to metro, train and buses. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Paris.

A great location for travelling around Paris. All visible staff were exceptional. The kitchen messed up our dinner one evening. The pool was great but the changing room was on another floor.

The hotel was nice. The only downside of this property was they entered and cleaned the room while we had a do not disturb sign on. But other than that, the hotel was really clean and the gym had good views. The staff was helpful at front desk as well

Didn’t spend much time here, just overnighted on a layover but the check in process took a bit of time due to a long line at midnight and there was an issue with a group of guests complaining about their rooms. Our room was fine, the view was great and the bed was very comfortable.

The place was great big room clean. Only thing is checking in took too long I was told to wait in restaurant area and I had to remind them they left me waiting. I missed a reservation I had to a busy restaurant that I had to schedule weeks in advance of arriving to Paris

Room was okay but, not totally clean I saw finger prints by the windows. Temperature is okay Jamal the Housekeeper guy is nice. Breakfast was good too manu to choose.unfortunately our last night access card card cannot open our door multiple times went down still not working. It took sometimes to fixed it. Total stay was Perfect. Nice view

One of reasons for choosing hotel was the pool. Unfortunately it was closed for the first day and by time we returned to hotel to see if pool would be open for booking the next day which we couldn’t do before we left as staff didn’t know it would reopen or not, it was open but booked out. But all else was very good and I would stay again but not with expectation of using pool.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. We appreciated the option to have an additional bed. I didn’t give a 5 stars due to 2 issues. It took 4 hours for the staff to bring missing towels and toilet paper. In between we went to the reception to take care of it. My suggestion is to communicate in case of short staffing and to propose alternatives like going directly to the concierge. Not a problem for me. Second we had an issue with the lights. We could not switch off the lights without removing the key from the box at the entry of the room. There was no instructions on how to manage this. It seems we should have swiped the card outside of the room to fix it. Good luck for the future, no big issues, easy fixes.
