Actually a good hotel. However, not suited for business travellers. They had some issues creating a correct invoice (which was later resolved so ok), but also they charged me for a water from the minibar that I did not consume. This can happen but it is then very annoying when you have to spent significant time to get that mistake from the hote rectified. In a nutshell: If you want to have a frictionless stay for Business I cannot recommend this place.

Best hotel I’ve stayed!

Everything was amazing, top quality rooms with air con, hotel is near a metro station. Breakfast is amazing. Will definitely come back to this hotel when in Paris!

The hotel is located in a good area with food/convenient shops within 3 minute walk. The location was accessible to most roads and in an overall good location with easy access to the main attractions. Clean & modern hotel rooms. I would recommend.

The customer service was excellent. Amanda and Katia were very helpful and friendly. Amanda went above and beyond for the guests and always did so with a smile and upbeat attitude. Also, the hotel was very close to the metro station and in close proximity to several restaurants.

Awful, no A/C. claimed to have AC when i booked, they had none. didn't offer me even a fan and when I asked for one, they said sorry we gave all of the fans to other guests. do not stay here in the summer. did not sleep at all. room was hotter than the hallway and outside.

Was ok, room was so small. I could barely get around. Also the hotel says they don’t charge your card when they state no prepayment required for booking. Technically they charge your card and take the money “BLOCKING”. Overall, just an Ok Paris regular hotel.

Good rooms, terrible staff

Hotel is located fantastic to public transportation and main sights in Paris. Very clean rooms and good air conditioning. But, the service at the reception is terrible and lazy. You don’t even get a “hello” or “good morning” or anything. Once I asked where the nearest street market was and I got the most vague answer “I don’t know”, which I was very surprised about. This is an example of the unfortunate way of service the hotel staff are providing. 10/10 for houskeeping though! Fresh towels and cleaning every single day.

The staff is great. Very helpful, bilinguals and even trilinguals on staff. The issue we had was the size of the room. I am used to European hotel rooms being small, but for my wife and teenage son, a triple room was still not enough. We were always on top of each other. The other issue is the bathroom door. It is a sliding frosted door. However, it does not close flushed, so there are gaps on either side. Not giving you complete privacy. Tough using the bathroom when every one can hear every sound you make on toilet.

When booking online i put it in AUD however was charged USD which made it super expensive. The hotel - night 1 we were booked a king bed, upon arival they had 2 single beds. Then when we approached reception they gave us a new room, upon walking into the room it was actually occupied by someone else with their belongings in it. (This was 11pm at night) 2nd night we couldnt get in. We stood outside for 30 mins (at 10pm at night) waiting for someone else to let us in, as reception wasnt answering. Later reqlised receptionist was on a phone call in the toilets... once we were in, we couldnt get into our room as the keycard was cancelled.
