Good location near Metra. Spacious and clean room. However, they don’t have wash clothes, only hand and body towels. Also, it needs some updating. The couch cushions were dirty, tattered and torn. The kitchen table was pretty beat up and could be replaced. Our 1 time cleaning for the week long stay was 2 days later than scheduled so we ran out of towels for a day. Finally they have laundry facilities but one of the washers had less auto soap injected than the other and the dryer was on the fritz and needed two cycles of 50 minutes to fully dry our clothes.

The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful especially Sabina (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area was quiet and safe, it was close to transport and the supermarket. I will definitely come back again.
