Brilliantly located for Metro. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable, kitchenette well equipped. Local area has everything you need. Perfect location for Citie de la Musique. Would highly recommend for a budget stay!

Decent, basic, some flaws

Lovely staff and check in experience. General area smells like sewage, so keeping windows open let in smells. Keeping windows shut was quite hot and stuffy. Bathroom was tiny, towels had stains, but everything was otherwise clean and fresh. For the price, it was decent. Would consider staying again, for the right price.

Not bad

This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised. The room was a good size, had a well equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and a table, desk and a couple of chairs. The bathroom and shower was a bit run down. It was all clean enough. Some of the wiring seemed a bit dodgy, one lamp had exposed wires but luckily wasn't working. My friend really liked the garden smoking area. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from another room into the small hours. The bed was really comfy! Would I stay again? Yes. We paid a fair price for the facilities on offer for Paris and it was ideally located right by a metro or 30 mins walk to Gare Du Nord and close to where we needed to be that evening.

No air conditioning in Paris is assumed but there were no instructions to use the ventilation unit (maybe it was only for winter) so there was no ventilation in the room unless you opened the window. However, the rooms that face the street are VERY NOISY when the windows are open. Shower is VERY small.

A good, clean, basic place to stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks during a heat wave of 34-35 C. every day for the last week. No a/c but this was in September! As the night temperatures rose, it became unbearable, with no breeze. I'm 74 and needed help. Went down to reception and asked if I could rent a fan, not hoping for much. Immediately they rounded up a tall floor fan and a staff person brought it to my room, no extra charge. From then on it was fine, blowing full blast 24/7 until I checked out. One other thing--the rooms were very clean, but the first time I turned on the bathroom tap there was a bad smell from the drain--not sure why. Bought scented tea-lights and burned them over 2 nights and the smell faded away. Third floor overlooking the inner courtyard, very pleasant, but some people, with the windows all open at night, were quite noisy, laughing and talking--but in Paris one puts up with such things!

Teensy kitchen, but I made coffee every morning and had croissants, baguette, soft-boiled eggs, even did 2 dinners in the micro. Saved a lot on meals.

Habitación limpia, cómoda, silenciosa. El baño es un poco pequeño pero todo bien. El personal es muy amable. La parada de metro está a la puerta del hotel, muy apreciable. Hay supermercados muy cerca lo que permite cocinar en la cocina del apartamento. El wifi funciona bien, perfecto para trabajar online.

Molto calorosa e professionale l'accoglienza e tutto lo staff. Attenti ad agevolare qualunque necessità del cliente La finestra della camera , al 2 piano, dava sull'avenue Jean Jaures. Molto rumorosa alla sera fino a tardi e presto il mattino (pulizia delle strade). L'appartemento è pulito e rispetto alle foto sul web è piuttosto 'attempato' e decisamente piccolo. L'angolo cucina e sufficiente per piccole necessità ed è attrezzato con forno microonde, frigorifero e piastre alogene. Abbiamo sempre fatto la nostra colazione in camera. Il locale doccia e wc è piccolo ma completo. C'era un po' di odore di fognature quando siamo arrivati. La mattina dopo abbiamo chiesto la disinfezione , che è stata fatta e il problema non si è più presentato. Ci hanno anche proposto, se volevamo, di cambiare appartamento. È un hotel molto frequentato , certo, bisogna accontentarsi condiderato anche il costo che per Parigi, è conveniente. C'è un grazioso cortiletto per le attese con divani e ombrellone.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart hôtel à Paris. L'endroit est très agréable, confortable et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était varié et vraiment délicieux. Le personnel était accueillant et tout était parfaitement propre. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Paris !
