Great views, great room, nice helpful desk staff. A BOLD sign for front door and the hotel parking would be a big help especially given the dark underground, hugely busy area around the entry.

Lovely location, really nice apartments, very clean and modern. Perfect location to explore Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away along the Seine. Also there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as shops/supermarkets to buy food and drinks.

In my entire stay there, only one elevator worked. So it took forever to get on an elevator. Also, my air conditioner did not work the entire stay. The hallways in the hotel was also very hot.

The elevator was very busy, especially in the mornings, and you had to wait a long time. Also, the rooms were not cleaned daily and towels had to be changed for a fee.

In general it was a good hotel. Clean , comfortable and not far from the Eiffel Tower about 19 minutes walking . The area is safe to walk and it’s convenient. I did not know that they do not provide toilet treats and had to buy extra toilet paper. The o my annoying thing is that o let one elevator works and appeared that it’s been like that for a while . Other than that I think is a good place to stay.

There weren’t enough towels. Had to ask for more. The room was cleaned & the maid only left 1 towel for me & my husband so had to ask for 2 more towels for the 2nd time. The 2nd elevator not working was a real problem for everyone! The rooms were too hot. Loved the close proximity to stores, shopping, Eiffel Tower & public transit! Mekki, the manager, was absolutely lovely!

Location was excellent. Enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower at night. Rooms were comfy for a family of 4 (kids 9 and 15). Elevators were an issue at time of stay (April 2025), there was only one running which created a long wait.

Very nice hotel and rooms, but sone of the facilities were out of order, in particular most of the washing machines and the shower in the pool area. Also the airconditioning did not really work well and the controls in the room made no difference to the temperature or fan speed, which was annoying at night. Carpark was excellent and very convenient, albeit a bit expensive
