The room not big but clean, with a small but fully equipped kitchen. You can buy some simple food for breakfast, which saves a lot of money. It is like 15 minutes walk to La defense station, the starting point of metro ligne 1. Very convenient. The staff are very friendly and they will try to accommodate all your requests. I would recommend u to book this hotel.

Brilliant place to stay. Clean, lots of places to shop and buy food. Staff really helpful and friendly. Paris was shut down due to olympics but still had awesome view of Eiffel 2 mins walk from hotel so still got to see light show. Lovely walk through area to get to shops. Breakfast was good too. Monolocale pulito e ordinato. Vista sul parco e parziale su Torre Eiffel. Acqua calda da usare con parsimonia altrimenti finisce in fretta. Malinteso al check-in che hanno promesso si risolverà a breve con rimborso. Non appena arriverà l'accredito, darò 5 stelle. Per il momento, nulla da ridire.

Je choisis de séjourner pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel, et cela témoigne de mon appréciation pour son emplacement stratégique. La proximité avec les transports et les commerces est un véritable atout : en quelques pas, on accède à tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, que ce soit pour les déplacements ou pour le shopping. Situé à une minute à pied de La Défense, l'hôtel offre un accès ultra-rapide à ce quartier dynamique, ce qui est idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires comme pour les touristes. Côté propreté, rien à redire, l'établissement est convenable, et la salle de bain répond aux attentes en termes de confort et d'hygiène.

Tout compte fait, le logement n’était pas cher, proche des transports en commun et le personnel était accueillant. Toutefois, à part la pâtisserie à côté, les restaurants environnants étaient chers. Aussi, le matelas du lit était beaucoup trop mou; il y aurait lieu de le remplacer; une table de chevet de chaque côté du lit aurait aussi été appréciée. . Néanmoins, je retournerais dans ce logement. Enfin, le quartier m’a paru sécuritaire.

PERSONNEL DECEVANT AU NIVEAU DE LA PRISE EN CHARGE

Mauvaise réception à l'Arrivée! 35 euros ont été exigés à mon Epouse arrivée plus tôt(10h) pour intégrer une chambre pour éviter d'attendre 15h alors que je suis membre GOLD de Hotels.com. Avant l'offre de payer les 35 euros le refus était catégorique 2 jours après, mon Fils qui occupait une chambre à un étage plus haut a été bloqué dans l'Ascenseur pendant 15mn. Aucun bouton d'appel ne marchait. Aucune suite n'a été donné à son appel téléphonique à la réception. L'ascenseur est reparti au 8è étage après les 15 mn et il a pu descendre. Eau chaude absente dans la Chambre de mon Epouse. On lui dit qu'elle ne peut pas changer de Chambre. C'est seulement le lendemain tard dans la Nuit et après l'incident vécu par mon fils que le staff a eu pitié pour lui attribuer une nouvelle chambre C'est donc un séjour fait avec une grande angoisse. C'est vraiment dommage!
