"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the garden courtyard. Our room was spotless and clean. We also ordered room service...

"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door. The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes."

"The hotel was impressive, clean and super deco designed. We were welcomed in our room by prosecco chilled, and the turn down service and daily gifts were a pleasure. But the hotel was already expensive, and we did not expect a 56.00 Euro service charge to be added to our bill. We did query it, and the hotel officer offered to remove it, but also made it feel that the cleaning and servicing staff (who were doing a fantastic job) would somehow go short if we didn't sign and pay, Perhaps this...
