"Beautiful hotel with the most excellent staff "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the garden courtyard. Our room was spotless and clean. We also ordered room service...

"Muy linda estancia, muy colorida pero sobre todo muy cómoda, no tuve problemas con ruido del exterior, y está muy cerca de restaurantes que son deliciosos, lo único es que si tenía un poco de humedad,’pero eso era más cuestión del clima que de la habitación, porque hasta fuera del hotel había mucha humedad. "Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made."

"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

"We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door. The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes."
