"This property is not what I expected. I knew it was right behind the train tracks and the noise doesn’t bother much. But the check in process was a tablet that you use to check in but the WiFi doesn’t work on it. So you try to communicate with them through a separate app or you need to call them. The room was very nice and clean. But they don’t offer room cleaning service. It’s right next to plenty of shopping areas. However, the walk to the hotel is sketchy and the area at night becomes sketchy...

"This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. "
