This hotel was not a great experience. The rooms were extremely small, probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were prefabricated, like a trailer. The staff was not that welcoming.

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Very nice clean room. The staff was very helpful. We left our jackets and they sent them to our hotel in Tokyo before our flight home. Great air conditioning. I would definitely book this hotel again.
