位置絕佳，房間也十分寬敞，鄰近7-11、大型超市賣場、JR難波;大阪難波站、道頓崛也都步行可達，參加kkday一日遊集合點也非常近。入住10日，十分滿意。 但因周邊有醫院，怕救護車聲影響睡眠者，記得帶耳塞。

8月22日晚上11點安排錯了505室比我，之後403，再503。錯誤搞到浪費了3個鐘，搞了半夜二點。第二日主管葉小姐（Mandy）8月23日，下午1:30，訂單註明有電視、雪櫃，但現場冇電視雪櫃，而且冇拖鞋、有爛櫃、D床有響聲太軟，訓完後腰酸骨痛現場布局完全不一様，屋內環境完全不一樣，露台冇圓枱、椅子。主管葉小姐（Mandy）話比＄700coupon我了事，唔肯任何賠償，因為房東唔肯退款。我再叫佢找上司，佢話幫唔到我。公司冇門巿我唔可以上來傾。我打算去消費者委員會投訴，這間公司自己本身出錯了，但完全唔肯負責!大家小心再受騙！ 8月25日先有雪櫃，護髮素用落有好多泡沫，洗完頭仲好鞋

찾아가기 어렵다는 후기를 봐서 걱정했는데 나름 수월하게 찾았어요 구글맵에서 본대로 따라가다가 보면 구글맵로드뷰에 그 위치에 좋아보이는 건물이 하나 있는데 그 건물이 아니고 건물옆 골목길로 조금만 들어가면 왼쪽에 상가입구같은 문이 하나 있는데 그거예요 ㅋㅋㅋ 엘리베이터가 조금 무서워보이지만.. 내부는 나름 청결하고 괜찮았어요. 약간 오래된 냄새가 나긴했는데 그건 그냥 건물이 오래돼서 그런것같아요. 길 못찾을까봐 많이 걱정했는데 생각보다 쉽게 찾아서 다행이었어요.

잘이용하고 왔습니다

가족여행으로 이용하게 되었습니다. 간사이 공항에서 OCAT행 리무진을 이용하면 도착 후 매우 빠르게 숙소에 도착할 수 있습니다. 도톤보리, 구로몬 시장의 경우 큰 도로를 따라 이동해 찾아가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 기본적인 조리도구, 부엌의 구성은 펜션처럼 좋으며 화장실의 경우 매우 간소하지만 수압은 나쁘지 않습니다. 침실은 세 구역으로 나뉘어 있고 두 개는 에어컨이 있는 반면 한 개는 선풍기를 이용해야하는데 충분히 시원합니다. 침대 프레임은 각목을 짜서 조립한 느낌인데 높이가 다소 있다보니 어린 아이들이 사용하기에는 어려움이 있습니다. 편의점은 세븐일레븐이 옆에 두 곳이나 있어 편하게 이용가능하고 신라면도 판매합니다.

Value for money-good location and basic amenities

The apartment was spacious and clean. Having a washer made our 7-day trip easier. Location was good (walking distance to train stations and OCAT). The owner was very helpful and very active in responding to our message/request. However, the towels were too thin and the beds were too high (a bit dangerous for baby/toddler/elder). We didn't use kitchen - so no review on this amenity.

勝手に誰かが出入りしてます。

部屋に入ると知らない荷物が置いてありました、夕食に出かけて帰ると荷物は無くなっていました、許可なく部屋に入り私たちの荷物ではないですが勝手に持ち出すのは許されるのでしょうか。クレームを入れましたがお客様の許可を取って中に入ってます、至急確認します、日本語のできるものが対応するのまま何も答えが聞けません、きちんとした謝罪や説明がなく誠意ある対応とはとても思えません。荷物置き場にされ知らないうちに誰かが出入りしていることを考えれば怖くて泊まれません、二度と利用することはでしょう。

My first time to Japan and didn’t really know what to expect. We got in very late and everyone was extremely tired from flying all day but I can honestly say that the instructions and directions provided by Jenny and Ayano made it so easy to locate and access the apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from JR Namba train station. Admittedly there is no reception but this really isn’t a problem. Any queries or questions both Jenny and Ayano were very quick to answer and help with. The apartment itself is quite cosy, especially with a party of 5, and didn’t look exactly like the photos but it was clean and tidy. No it isn’t a 5 star hotel, if that is what you’re expecting, but the beds were comfy, the kitchen functioned and the shower was nice and hot. The only thing we needed was a washing line, which we picked up from the large supermarket next to the train station. Overall it is a cute, clean, cosy little apartment that has a slight traditional feel to it. It is very well located. Has very helpful owners and I would stay there again anytime.

Apartment was clean and comfortable but a bit old

I have a comfortable stay at this place, it is clean and tidy. The dislike I encounter are that it is a bit run down (old), squeaking noises on the beds and toilet without the bidet / water hose to wash (toilet seat is not the automated one in this property). WiFi was there, but they did not provide the SSID and password to use. Also, picture is not as per advertised.

Home away from home

Very helpful host, prompt reply and providing extra tourist information. It is right next to the OCAT, where you can get direct bus to Kansai International Airport, and also to Kyoto. Very close to the Osaka-Namba station for a direct train to Nara as well. The JR station is also right under the OCAT building, and easy access to the Osaka City Loop. 10-15 mins walk away from Shinsaibashi and Dotombori. The apartment itself look slightly different with the photo shown in the room type, but it is well equipped, we have everything we need for our 6 nights of stay in Osaka. We had a comfortable stay as a group of 3. Highly recommended.

We 4 ladies had a nightmare experience during our stay at this apartment. Starting from the 1st nite till check out. We can hear the door knocking and shaking. We can feel someone walking every nite . As long as after 1 am. We have to stay in the room there are 3 rooms but 4 of us squeezed in to 1 room . I felt someone pulling my toes and my friends upper tight was bruised , blue black. During the last night we all didn’t sleep as we need to leave at 4.30am to OCAT. THERE WAS A BIG KNOCK on the main entrance door. Around 2am. While we all sitting at the dining table . And the toaster almost fell . We never use any of the equipment during our stay. Must be the spirit giving us warning to keep quiet n stay in the room. We didn’t see any guest or tenant taking lift in the building. All the time is only 4 of us. So scary to think back. I hope the owner please do some prayers so it will be safe for guests to stay. It’s a nightmare experience for us.

Nice location and friendly staff

Over all it was nice and comfy. It was in a best location easy to find from the bus terminal and JR nanba station. Nice restaurants around in a walking distance. Staffs were very kind replying to questions asked through e-mail. I was a bit disappointed when I first entered the room b/c it wasn't the same room which I saw from the picture, but it was still big enough for our family and plus it was clean. I would stay here again if I go back to Osaka one day.
