Quite close to Juso station. Commute to Umeda or namba is easy. Even commute to kyoto was easy. Few super markets and convenience stores nearby.

We booked two of the family lofts and they were a very good size compared to other hotels in the area. Juso station is very well connected for the Hankyu line, since all trains stop at Juso. We were able to get directly to Kyoto and Kobe without transferring. Transfer is required to get downtown Osaka but overall well situated.

Staff is friendly and responsive, close walk to the station and lots of food options on the way. 7-11 is right there which helps for when you come back late at night. There are a few bars and nightclubs close by, however I never noticed any disruptive noise. Great stay for tourists!

Good space and everything you need if you want a family stay with a bit more space. It is in the party district but there's no noise problems. Great restaurants and izakaya nearby and good train connections

We had a great day here! Although if you are booking on Expedia, there is not laundry in each room or available to all guest. Which was very frustrating for us because I booked this as our longest stay and there was low laundry facility. Although they did try to compensate by letting us have a later check out time. But we had an early bullet train ride so that did not apply to us.

We had a family room with bunk bed. There is a full kitchen and living area. It made us feel home. Very walkable to Juso station and there is also a taxi stop nearby. If we visit Osaka again we will book this place again. Thank you

an oasis in one of the dodgiest areas in Osaka. Nice, clean and quiet. The room was large enough for four to stay. Be sure not to hang around in this area in the midnight unless you strongly wish and you are ready.

Property was walking distance to restaurants and Juso Train Station. We found it quite noisy with late night bars close by and disruptive people yelling on the street. Otherwise the stay was good. Be prepared to wait in the lobby if you arrive before the check in time.

This is a great apartment, room was large had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, tv was large and all amenities worked well, it has 2 large closets to fit 4 suitcases. The only issue is that it’s in a bit of a sketchy area, there are a few gentleman’s clubs around and that attracts some questionable characters. There was no reason not to feel safe, but I was more cautious than usual walking through with our kids.

This was the largest place that i have stayed in Japan. It even had its own kitchen which was a bonus. Check in was a little frustrating as there was no physical person and it is automated via a screen so have your check-in code handy. I ended up connecting with a staff member via the ipad on the counter to get my check-in sorted but had to find that check-in code. A little exhausting if you are arriving late and tired. It should be noted that there is no luggage storage. Apartment was very clean and it is keypad entry. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed. Regarding location, there are convenience stores, restaurants and bars outside but you are not walking distance to the city centre so you will need to take a train into Osaka Umeda station (1 stop) and maybe also change to a subway. So whilst Juso has everything locally, you are not downtown.

I really appreciated Minn Juso’s prompt communication as we had to be flexible with our check in day. The chat feature worked great and I usually got an answer within an hour. A little odd to hardly see anyone at the front but the access was easy and we loved the 7-11 right near the bottom, where daily we got coffee, breakfast items and cash. Super friendly and helpful lady there (7-11). The property is very clean, spacious with many useful amenities such as a fridge, stove to fry eggs, dishes, outlets and even some surprises such as a toilet with a faucet on top that you can wash hands after flushing :). The only thing my wife didn’t like was it appears to be in a red light district with many girly clubs. Be prepared to be propositioned by men in suits if you’re a solo man walking back to hotel at night. Other than that, everything was great, including being near the Juso train station.
