it is a good, price-reasonable and clean apartment, we can cook and live just like home. the staffs are also good, nice. (they should be Chinese, but lived in Japan. So they speak in Putonghua, but not English or Japanese, but it is ok as there are only Chinese living in the apartment) However, the apartment is too closed to the red-light district, it is a little bit strange for kids and women. Also, there are some Japanese(should be not resident) come in and sit in the lobby at the mid-night. I trust Japan culture and it is safety, but it is a quite bad feeling when you see that.

公寓酒店與描述差不多！住宿七天沒有清潔，聯繫後在第四日清潔左一次，櫃檯員工都很盡責及非常友善！但保安度不足，有很多不是酒店的住客出入，晚間亦有人在大堂內睡覺！

The location is very convenient, really close to Dotonburi and a lot of street food. The small ramen shop across the road is really good. The hotel price is reasonable. The room smell weird when we just got in to the room. Bathroom was a little bit mouldy. Still good for the price and location.

My brother and I had a wonderful stay at this place!! Good points: ●Many exiting places to shop, dine and drink are within walking distance. ●Attentive Front Desk service. Friendly Front Desk staff helped us travel around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe smoothly. ●Easy access from airport. We only transferred one time. ●Convenient access from Metro station. It was only 5-minute walk to Nippombashi metro station. ●Comfortable and clean room. We had a good night sleep in this cozy room. We recommend this wonderful accommodation to any future visitors to Osaka. Also next time we come back to Osaka, we will definitely stay at this accommodation.

不能開伙！

服務人員態度很好值得讚賞，只是廚房沒有微波爐與網頁說明不符、也不允許開伙，房間乾淨程度一般仍有改善空間，距離地鐵站近交通方便，不過臨近的商業區有不少聲色場所，晚上經過路邊、路口時都會站着很多人，讓人不是很自在舒服。

離日本橋站很近 但要注意只有出口5和10才有電梯 推行李的你要注意 職員都會說普通話 推薦給不會日語和英文的人入住 距離道堀頓很近 走去心齋橋也是可以的 房間的床比較軟 但枕頭只有一個太少qq不夠高睡得不太好 電器要使用都要自行插插頭（）
