남바와 신사이바시 사이 위치하여 교통편 용이하고 식당 및 쇼핑에 용이함 가정과 유사 편의시설이 갖추어져 있으나 에어컨 소음이 크고 먼지가 좀 있는편임

取匙方式很差 ，電郵寫門匙放了電箱中，但找極沒電箱，找匙用了很多時間，原來是放在房門隔離的消防門入面。形容錯誤引致一家疲倦緊張 差點要找過一間住宿
