Location is great, close to transit, restaurants and convenience stores, There is a Lawson adjacent to the building. There were a couple of issues such as a soiled futon and damage to the dividing door of the bedroom. Both were replaced the day after we checked in. Otherwise, the place is clean and well kept. Having laundry and a kitchenette to cook breakfast were very convenient and gave us more time to sight see. One caveat, the train station and tracks are close by, bring earplugs if you chose this place. The pillows are also flat. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Osaka.

This was the perfect location to stay for our trip to Osaka. The room was spacious and clean. It was right across the street and in front of the 2 different transit lines making it very easy to get places. There was lots of great food on the street behind Noda station and having the Laswons/7 Eleven/Family Mart right there was perfect for travelling with kids and their snack needs. There is a grocery store close as well.

The apt was an excellent value for the price. It was clean, it has a washer and clothes hanger and the shower room has sauna and clothes drying capability. Tub was spacious and had auto settings. We stayed on the 5th floor and we never heard the train.
