Great Hotel Choice!

Great hotel not to far from Shin-Osaka station. Very helpful staff, and we loved the two joined rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Osaka!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quite small but we could store our big luggages under the bed to safe space. The location was great, close to train station, restaurants and convenience store. We loved the bread from the bakery across the road.

It is safe to walk around the property. There are a lot restaurants next to the place and it is very close to the subway and train stations.

The hotel is located around the corner from the subway station that will take you to all the important sightseeing and shopping areas in the city. There are many restaurants all around the hotel. It is also 7 minutes walking distance from the Shin-Osaka train station. The staff was polite and kept my luggage until check in time. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and temperature was just right for a good nights sleep. The only improvement that can be made is to maybe double the number of washers/dryers from one to two.

The room was clean but a bit small. There are some resturants around the hotel (even McDonald's for those fussy little eaters :)) If you travel by train from Kansai airport using Nankai rapit express or the Nankai line via Namba, there are lift or escalators for all the stations that you need to change trains to get to the hotel.

Very nice hotel!! Nice location, 8 minutes walk from Shin Osaka station, several convenience store closed by , 7-11, Lawson, Daily Yamazak near , many restaurants in front of hotels. Surprisingly APA Hotel's bed very comfy, other hotels bed very hard hurts my body. Anyway very good hotel. I will stay only in APA hotel if I could choose again.

Second time coming back to this hotel and stayed for about 4 days. Love the fact it’s so close to the train station and there are so many places to eat around the hotel if you don’t want to go far for dinner. Convenience store less than 5 minutes away. Has a laundry facility (although there was only one set of dryer and washer). Staff friendly and very helpful no matter the time of day.

The distance to the station can be tricky as got North and South exit. With luggages may have to walk some distance. I supposed no luck and took more time to reach hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with local food as I noticed mostly locals business trip stay in this hotel.

The onsen experienced was really nice! The only thing my husband and I we didn't like was that our room was smelling like sweat. It looked clean but the smell wasn't nice at all. Other than that the buffet, the onsen and amenity were incredible!

Love. love, love this hotel! Luxury is its second name :) The location is nice; subway stations, dining, and shopping are within walking distance. We had two connected rooms for our family of 4 with 2 queen beds. And we really liked this, because we had 2 bathrooms (!) and a door between rooms, which we could close for a night. We would definitely stay in Apa Hotel Shin Osaka again next time we visit Osaka. Thank you!

The hotel was very well kept and clean. It was close to the train and Shinkansen stations. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay except for the temperature of the room. It got so hot in the room and we could not adjust it ourselves. I was told that it was a central heating system. We had to keep the window open which then increased the noise. Other than the temperature issue, it was a really nice place to stay.
