Loved that it was close to everything. But the hotel is outdated, run down and dirty. Beds were sunken in, lights didnā€™t work, tv didnā€™t work, no amenities were open, yet you have to pay a resort fee.

This was most terrible stay Iā€™ve ever had. Bathroom is stinky, room is not at all in good shape, bed mattress is all broken, linens are not clean and on top, no hot water coming in the room.

The room is not what the pictures shows, there were bugs and the room floor was filthy, and the room door didn't even lock properly. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. Go spend your money somewhere that you'll enjoy.

Staff not actually helpful. Amenities were basically closed down. After waiting for sometime for my pool view room, they were putting us in a room facing a defunct pool. After complaining , we were given a room that was far from feeling clean. Property was litered with garbage and it appeared that some were living there.
