The club house and pool were great. The house could use some work. Carpet was stained everywhere, walls need a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Hot tub need to be replaced, cover rotted away, couldn't use the jets as they would spray everywhere. And rusted screws and the intake flap was broken and floating when we opened the lid.

I did not use any amenities. I just wish that I did not have to pay for them. We enjoyed our privite hot tub. We come from New York to relax my I donated a kidney to my husband and he can't use public pools etc. So i wish we could decline them. We really enjoy our private hot tub. Thank you for thatšŸ™

Pros: lovely grounds, nice staff, great location, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone. Cons: house not cleaned well. Furniture covered in crumbs and stains, I had to wipe down the furniture with baby wipes and sweep the floors. We found cigarettes (unused in carton) and a lighter under the bed. The second floor and stairs carpeting was REALLY stained and smelled. The hot tub was dirty the day we arrived, it was cleaned the following day but unfortunately stopped getting hot, we called maintenance twice, they never came. I realize that each house is different so this review is specifically for the one we stayed in and does not represent all the houses in the resort.
