"Nous avons été à l'hébergement pour seulement une nuit, mais tout était parfait. Belle appartement et très bon service des employés. Nous avons été chanceux, il y avait de la place juste devant l'hôtel pour se stationnement, sinon ils ont un stationnement plus loin pour les clients. Nous recommandons."

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"Loved everything about this property, including the banana tree which we ate fresh bananas from. My only issues were the extremely small shower and no ac in the bedroom. Once in the shower, it is difficult to move. You are unable to bend over, there's limited space for turning around, or lifting your legs. We eventually figured out a system but it was messy. "The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. "The suite was modern, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect as we could walk to the shops, tavernas and night life in about 3 minutes. The hotel is right next to the cathedral so you can hear the beautiful church bells ring starting at 8am and ending at 9pm. If you have a car, there is daily parking right next to the hotel. I would definitely return!"

"Stayed one night prior to a ferry trip. Very close to the port. Well-constructed property and well-furnished room. Decent value for money. Slight cons: road noise (on a busy road, but does settle down later in the evening). Front desk not staffed and entrance requires a code - had to call number listed on door - might be an issue for travelers without phone service. Limited self-parking. Despite these issues, would stay again for an early morning ferry departure from the port."

"We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else."

"My favorite hotel in Heraklion. Staff were excellent. My room upgrade to the 5th floor was exceptional. The carrot soup in Per Se restaurant was wonderful. Pool temperature was perfect. Unlike other hotels there is no charge to use pool towels. All staff are excellent."
