"Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed for a few days (parents and an adult daughter from California) and we loved the apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms loft apartment), which was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. It was close to shopping, dining and the Venetian fortress. The front staff was so friendly, professional and well informed. Excellent customer service from all of them.
