Great hotel. Heraklion isn’t the nicest city for tourists, but the hotel is excellent. Everything was in great shape, spotlessly clean and the service was great. More of a business hotel than a tourist location, but the standards are high. Breakfast was excellent too. All staff were really helpful.

Clean hotel on the water n the outskirts of the city center with fortress views. Parking is small but available if you have a rental. Great included breakfast. Room was clean but small-plenty big for a transit hotel as we used it for. Nice rooftop pool area we didn’t use but checked out. Walkable to tons of restaurants nearby and the fortress. Would come back again! No complaints.

Excellent! This hotel is well managed and worth staying at. It is clean from top to bottom. All common areas are brightly lit. The location to the cruise port, to shopping and to restaurantsI is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel).
