This was an incredible property right in the heart of Crete. The staff went above and beyond to help us, from arranging taxis to the port and airport to recommending fantastic local spots to eat. A big thank you to Giannis and Michail for their outstanding hospitality — their kindness and support truly made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was great! Easy check in and actual parking at the site which is almost impossible to find in Herakleion. Mike at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Was just as good as the first time only better! Upgraded room this time very private and all the amenities. Mike again was a champ at the front desk and can not recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Kipos. Our room was very conformable and quiet. The balcony was an added plus. The hotel is located very close to the old town, so you can explore everything by foot. The parking spot next to the hotel comes also handy. We would come back.

Hidden gem in the back streets of Herakleion.

Good communication from the hotel allowing us to find the hotel easily with our satnav. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite by the very friendly staff. The suite itself was modern, comfortable and clean with TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. A small patio area allowed us to catch some sun before going out for our evening meal. Overall I would highly recommend this hidden gem in the back streets of Herakleion.

If you manage to find your way through the narrow street labyrinth to the hotel by car, you've won. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and the rooms vary greatly. If you want a balcony, you should make a note of this when booking.

Overall great place to stay. Very sketchy at night coming in to hotel, not in the hotels control just wouldn’t recommend women walking alone at night in the area.

Brand new boutique hotel only 5 minutes away from the city centre, on foot, in a very peaceful neighboorhood. It has also a parking lot. Exceptional cleanliness and decoration. The staff is very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend it !

One of the best rooms we have stayed in a long time. Yes we got an upgrade but what a lovely new boutique apartment. Very contemporary with high quality fitting our room had a lovely lounge and kitchenette area. The bedroom was sealed off with a quality wooden/glass portion. Highly recommended

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt, am Ende einer Seitengasse, Parkplatz aber großzügig. Die Suite war neu renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Hervorragende Lage, in 2 Minuten ist man im Einkaufsviertel, geradewegs zum Venitianischen Hafen. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Unser Zimmer war sehr hochwertig eingerichtet .Wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich empfangen und haben eine tolle Empfehlung zum Abendessen bekommen. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß sehr leicht erreichbar. Das Hotel organisiert einen Taxitranfer vom Flughafen. Mit dem Bus ist es jedoch auch sehr leicht erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
