Amazing room and amenities. Location was walkable to everything. The front reception was very helpful and courteous. The only downfall was the loud traffic noise as it is situated on busy road.

It’s a bit of a walk up to the old town, where most of the restaurants and bars are located. But we chose it because it is close to the ferry port, which was very convenient for catching an early-morning ferry. The hotel itself is very new and modern, and extremely clean!

From a warm greeting, to a personalized orientation of our room, to providing guidance with restaurants and sights, Mary C was amazing! Great communication prior to trip as well. Location was perfect for us - we took KTEL bus from Chania to Heraklion; hotel was ~3 mins walk from bus station and about 10 mins down-hill walk to SeaJets fast ferry terminal. So perfect location. Incidentally, the SeaJets ferry from Heraklion was not very fast at all - took 2 hours to reach Santorini instead of the advertised 90 minutes - despite on-time departure and calm sea.

Absolutely perfect for being close enough to walk yet there were a number of reserved parking spots for us out front. The woman who worked during the day was THE nicest person. Loved everything about our stay and there was even a bakery just a few steps from the hotel for pastries and coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The communications prior to visit were excellent. Upon arrival, the reception was welcoming, friendly and informative. The room was clean and they setup dinner reservations for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay!

We found the Lavris Suites exceeded our expectations. The quality of the rooms and the amenities were as good as any 4 star hotel we have stayed in. The GM Dimitris and his assistant Mary were super helpful. Check in process was very easy. Very convenient to the bus station and downtown.

The property was small and intimate. The staff was very informative and welcoming. The room was great. It had a large bathroom and shower. The air condition worked well which helps with sleep. Would stay here again.
