I cannot overstate what a jewel this property turned out to be. Hidden in plain sight really Perfect for my husband and I who only wanted to spend a few nights sightseeing and are avid walkers. The staff were extra attentive , the breakfast fantastic and the whole hotel immaculate. Even the parking garage beneath. The owner clearly takes pride in the establishment and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Crete At breakfast, we met fellow guests who felt similarly. We were all amazed at the quality of the finishes, the amenities and the general attention to detail. Would stay again and recommend to others. Would be especially good if you were in town for a game or other event since many of these venues are walkable along the lovely waterfront

This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t normally write reviews, but unfortunately our family had a disappointing experience. The hotel itself is modern and new, but the staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. We accidentally booked a room for 2 instead of 4 people and were asked to pay an additional €400 for our 2 children, despite staying in the exact same room. We settled on €300, but still felt this was excessive and that the hotel could have shown more flexibility. Most interactions with staff were uncomfortable, particularly with the front desk manager, who often seemed stressed and was abrupt. The overall atmosphere felt tense rather than welcoming. At checkout, we were told the room needed to be inspected before we could leave, which added to the uncomfortable feeling that we were being watched for potential damage and could be charged more. We also did not find the hotel family-friendly. We were the only guests with children, and one restaurant staff member made an inappropriate comment to my son (which I won’t repeat here). Lastly, the hotel charged my credit card twice for €917. Despite sending screenshots, it took 11 days for them to respond that they could not see the duplicate charge. I now have to dispute it through my credit card company. If they cannot see the charge on their end, this could potentially be affecting other guests as well, which is very concerning. Overall, while the hotel is nice, the non-relaxed atmosphere and unwelcoming staff made this a horrible experience.

La place est vraiment fantastique, un décor très joli et complètement rénové une propreté impeccable. Les lits sont très confortables et surtout ceux qui travaillent à l’hôtel sont vraiment de bonnes personnes des gens gentils et aide en n’importe quelle circonstance. Le déjeuner est vraiment excellent ils sont serviable, c’est délicieux. Et oui j’ai adoré cet endroit. À 10 minutes du centre-ville pour aller faire un bon shopping pour aller à la plage, c’est vraiment excellent, je suggère à n’importe qui d’aller faire un tour là-bas, c’est vraiment exceptionnel.
