"Says all inclusive but you have to pay extra for pretty much everything. At least an hour wait to eat dinner at any restaurant on the property. Never did get to eat at either of the restaurants you needed reservations for even though we went on their app and trying to make reservations it did not work. "

"The hotel, Food and staff were all fantastic! Honestly, the only reason we won’t be back is because of how loud the pool area is because there is only one pool there’s no escaping the sound system unless you go to the beach. We love the beach, but we also really enjoy the pool as well. Again the staff are super super friendly and the food was really good! It’s really just a matter of preference on how you vacation if this is a good spot for you or not."

"Food was great with lots of options and pools were great for kids, staff was friendly , definitely recommended for families with kids. Only make sure they don’t provide transportation from airport to resort and you have to book van 48 hours ahead which they charge extra "
