The location is what makes this hotel great, as well as the beds and water pressure. Otherwise, our room had a mildew smell first day and the surfaces were not clean. We waited for our room to be ready and the elevator experience in the towers makes it unfavorable vs. desired over their other rooms. To be suggested as a luxury experience is a stretch. But the view is truly gorgeous.

We have stayed here many times and it is always amazing. The staff is the best and always greets you with a smile. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fabulous location. Love it - we will be back!

We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!!
