The property is amazing, the breakfast was a lovely inclusion, with also a microwave in the common area, ice machine and very affordable laundry. With the wonderful staff and location this is a wonderful stay.

Breakfast is great with a lot of choices! Tracy greeted me with the warmest, most sincere and delightful welcome and she continued that thru my stay I expected my room to be some noisy, which it was. You have to realize that it is a very very old building without much insulation so you literally hear everything including your neighbors. Even with that said, I would still choose to stay here again jusr because of the staff! They have a beautiful outside Garden to enjoy as well. Very Clean and the most incredible staff!

They are definitely "ballin' on a budget". The breakfast meat was delicious ham, but they rolled each piece and drizzled honey on it. Breakfast was plentiful. It ends promptly at 10am. There is a nice affordable deli on the block.

I highlt recommend!! Breakfast was amazing. The shared shower was not bad at all! I slept all night and didnt hear anything but a slammes door before i went to sleep. Staff is friendly and they are on top of security in the building
